澳大利亚非政府标准制定机构Standards Australia上周就电池储存标准草案进行了公众磋商，为未来部署综合框架的制定奠定了基础。
该机构收到了3000多条对该草案（DR AS/NZS 5139）的意见建议，其中很多公司和个人都对电池存储系统应如何安装在私人住宅表示了担忧。
鉴于所收到的“显著反应”，该机构决定暂停新规则的制定。与此同时，它将召集关键利益相关者共同探讨形成一个框架，并籍此解决关键的政策问题。Standards Australia表示，这些探讨是必要的，因为目前澳大利亚几乎没有可供执行的电池储能标准，特别是对现场系统的住宅建设要求。
但公共安全、可再生能源和最低住宅建设要求等问题，是Standards Australia无法自行解决的政策问题，需要各州政府解决在电池储存政策方面所有悬而未决的问题，才能在制定行业标准方面取得更大进展。该机构已就此向政府提出呼吁。
