德国联邦网络管理局周一宣布，该国10月份进行的规模在750kW至10MW间的光伏项目招标创下了€.0429/kWh的新低价。平均报价首次跌破€0.0500/kWh，达到€0.0491/kWh。其中最低中标价为€0.0429/kWh，而最高价也仅为€0.0506。
此次招标共授予了20个太阳能项目，总容量达222MW。其中，有三个中标项目容量超过了20兆瓦。这些项目给予了所谓“结构性设施”的太阳能园区。此外，在贫困地区农田和草原地区上项目的投标也特别成功。20个被选定的项目中有12个将建在巴伐利亚的耕地和草原等条件欠佳的地区，总容量为45兆瓦。
此次招标的容量再次被数倍超额认购。联邦网络管理局共收到了总容量为754MW的110份投标文件，平均投标项目规模为6.9MW。
今年六月举行的招标中，平均价格仍然为€0.0566/kWh。与二月份那轮相比，额外费用已下降了 €0.01/kWh，这是自引进光伏系统招标以来两轮之间跌幅最大的一次。
