今年9月在阿姆斯特丹举行的EU PVSEC会展上,德国层压机制造商Bürkle Process Technologies展出了使用EVA密封剂,对玻璃-背板(glass-backsheet,GB)和双玻璃(glass-glass,GG) 晶硅光伏组件的层压技术。
Bürkle优化了GB组件的短层压工艺及GG组件的两步层压工艺,给组件制造商在决定产能时带来了灵活性。该公司开发的GB和GG组件层压工艺目前的运行时间为7-8分钟,结果显示优化后的工艺将之提高了20%以上。
Bürkle光伏研发负责人Daniel Klaus表示,该公司使用实验层压机对全尺寸60电池组件进行层压以开发出正确的配方。他们在GB组件层压测试中使用了PPE背板,显示出上至175°C 、超过1000mbar的压力可以加速进程。在GG组件测试中,使用了2mm-2mm厚的玻璃进行层压,所得出的结论是GG组件层压是一个关键的工艺,其工艺温度应低于GB的温度,否则会造成缺陷。
Bürkle还开发出了使用聚烯烃(PO)密封剂的GB和GG组件层压工艺,且已在各个制造商生产基地进行测试。
工艺改进后,每块组件制造成本中总拥有成本(TCO)可降低10%。
