中国国家发改委(NDRC)和国家能源局(NEA)已透露，计划从明年二月初起启动分布式发电(DG)批发市场的试点运行。
这一交易平台将允许分布式太阳能和风能项目的业主直接将电力出售给消费者。根据NEA的一项声明，交易平台将在十二月底前搭建完成，2018年6月底前将对这一方案作出评估。
晶科能源表示，这一消息凸显出政府对DG市场改革的承诺，赞扬了政府促进可再生能源发电开放交易的决心。该公司表示，直接交易意味着对光伏发电补贴依赖性的降低，发电商为了能与燃煤电厂竞争，别无选择，只能加速降低生产成本。
试点方案为直接交易系统的开发奠定了基础，在这一系统中，电力消费大户可以通过双边或集中竞价机制直接从电站购电。NEA表示在试点期间，有六个省份将设定各自的过网费。所有参与的项目必须满足特定的并网要求。
