智利国家能源委员会(CNE)11月的可再生能源月度报告显示,当地环保部门SEA在今年10月共接受了六个新太阳能项目的审批请求,总容量达54兆瓦。
每个项目的容量均为9兆瓦,意味着它们极有可能是分布式发电的地面光伏电站,且将在专为中型分布式发电(9兆瓦及以下)设计的PMGD方案下开发。
这六个项目极可能由同一个开发商提交,但通过不同的特殊用途载体,都具有相同的特点:计划投资额1200万美元、使用4万块310-420瓦功率的组件、以及四个2.5兆瓦的逆变器。此外,所有的设施均位于科金博(Coquimbo)地区。
智利目前的发展趋势是,小型太阳能公园开始取代公用事业级电站设施。PMDG方案下,光伏电站业主们可获得高于现货市场的稳定价格,因为这些价格是由CNE按中期时限计算的。此外,该方案能保证电站自动并入中压电网,并确保全部电力可馈入电网。因而此方案下正在规划或已并网的太阳能项目数量在不断增加。
