REC Group已经决定在其新加坡的高效太阳能组件生产设施中使用Meyer Burger的SmartWire连接技术(SWCT) 。
这是两家公司间的再次合作。去年,REC Group已将Meyer Burger的金刚石线(DW)切割平台整合入其新加坡的生产线。这种伙伴关系,使REC Group更偏向于DW切割多晶硅太阳能电池组件,且在向PERC技术和半切割组件转型。
Meyer Burger的SWCT互连技术,能明显减少银的使用,从而大幅降低了电池连接的成本。它还可以提高组件的寿命、耐用性和转换效率。
REC Group 表示,将Meyer Burger的创新型SWCT技术与该公司的开创性新电池融合技术相结合,公司有能力进一步提高其下一代高效光伏组件的功率水平,从而降低太阳能的LCOE。
Meyer Burger的HJT/SWCT组件最近取得了320 W的平均功率,实验室条件下可高达335 W。公司表示,该技术能在18个月内使每块组件的平均输出功率达到335 W。
