俄罗斯太阳能组件生产商和项目开发商Hevel Solar宣布将为该国贵金属矿业公司Polymetal建造一个1兆瓦的太阳能发电厂。
这一太阳能发电设施选址在俄罗斯最东部的远东地区，将为Polymetal在哈巴罗夫斯克地区的采矿场提供电力。
Polymetal表示，其矿山位于偏远地区，该地区的电力和输电网络均十分有限。而等光伏电站投入运行后，每年可为公司节省250吨柴油。
去年九月，Hevel在西伯利亚南部建造了一座独立的太阳能柴油混合发电站。去年六月，该公司还公布了在远东地区建造一座40兆瓦太阳能 柴油混合电站的计划。
远东联邦区是俄罗斯面积最大、人口最稀少的地区，也是该国能源和运输基础设施最薄弱的地区。为了改善这一地区的基础设施，俄罗斯政府正在努力吸引投资者，其中主要来自亚太地区。
