英国投资公司Foresight Solar Fund宣布已经完成了在英国的15个运营中光伏电站的收购，总容量为114兆瓦。此次收购使该基金管理下的光伏项目数量达到了43个，容量达到了788兆瓦。
Foresight在今年6月通过发行股票筹集到约4810万英镑的资金。该公司用其中的约4700万英镑（约合6070万美元）收购了上述15个项目。公司表示，由于这些投资组合以前是由Foresight Group LLP所管理的其他基金拥有，而项目是由公司的资产管理团队进行管理，因而是一种低风险的收购。
Foresight Group董事长Alex Ohlsson认为，这一交易对公司而言是一项战略性的重大收购，它使公司成为了英国拥有最多发电容量的专业太阳能投资公司。
这15个项目的规模从3.6兆瓦到13.2兆瓦不等，都属于英国的可再生能源义务证书方案下（Renewable Obligation Certification，现已关闭）的项目，并且已经运行了至少两年。
Foresight还计划收购另三个英国太阳能项目，目前正处于尽职调查阶段。
