约旦第3轮太阳能光伏拍卖的结果已经公布。晶科电力（香港）有限公司提交的最低投标价为0.02488美元/千瓦时。
美国加州的RAI Energy International及其当地合作伙伴Capital Investments & Brokerage提交了第二低报价——0.0250美元。阿特斯与当地EPC、开发商Kawar Investments的联合体报出了第三低价， 0.034 404/kWh。
这三家公司已经入选最后待定名单，最终结果将在能源和矿产资源部（MEMR）的德国顾问公司Fichtner Group修改财务建议，并为优先竞标者开放100兆瓦容量的备选提案之后公布。
目前尚不清楚MEMR是否会选择三个均为50兆瓦的项目，或两个总规模为50兆瓦的项目再加另一个100兆瓦的项目。
据称，最低两份报价大幅领先其他12份报价的原因，是创新技术解决方案、主流的双面面板、以及其他额外成本等。
其他的投标方还有：Fotowatio Renewable Ventures (FRV)，出价0.034437/kWh，First Solar International Middle East（$0.035814）等。
中标的开发商将获得国家电力公司（NEPCO）的20年期PPA。
约旦第3轮拍卖的容量为150兆瓦太阳能光伏和50兆瓦风能。
