卡塔尔投资公司Nebras Power Q.S.C的荷兰子公司Nebras Power Investment Management B.V. 已经收购了荷兰ZN Exploitatie Nederland Holding B.V.(ZEN)75%的股权。后者为一家荷兰的光伏项目开发商，目前在荷兰拥有96兆瓦的已投入运行、建设中或将建太阳能容量。
Nebras本身是卡塔尔水电公司(QEWC)和卡塔尔控股(QH)公司合资成立的一家企业，公司首席执行官Khalid Mohammed Jolo 对此次收购行动十分满意，表示它使公司的资产组合得到了进一步的扩张，但没有透露此次交易的详细财务条款。
ZEN首席执行官Michel Peek则补充说，这一协议的签订把作为开发商、EPC承包商和运营商的ZEN带入到一个全新的层面，并能为ZEN执行其大幅增长荷兰太阳能项目、使公司成为欧洲市场领导者的战略推波助澜。
至今为止，这家荷兰开发商的主要领域是屋顶商业和工业光伏项目。其中最大的项目是位于北布拉班特省蒂尔堡的一个6.1兆瓦的屋顶阵列。
据Nebras公布的一份新闻稿，ZEN的待建光伏项目可享受荷兰政府的扶持政策。这意味着这些项目中的大多数可能在SDE+方案下开发。
