德国联邦网络局（Bundesnetzagentur）已经推出大型陆上风能和太阳能项目的第二轮拍卖。此次拍卖的投标时间将持续到2018年11月2日，届时将分配约200兆瓦的可再生能源容量。
与第一次拍卖一样，在其他可再生能源发电厂高度集中地区规划的太阳能项目，其出价将上浮€0.08/kWh-€0.88/kWh，因而中标项目的机会可能较小。Bundesnetzagentur.已经确定了约98个再生能源运行中容量过多、电网容量进一步减少的地区。对于位于这些地区的陆上风力发电项目，出价将从€0.07/kWh增加到€0.58/kWh。该机构还解释说，这些额外的成本对于可再生能源电网和系统集成来说是必要的，同时补充，如果位于这些地区的项目最终被选中，这些项目将获得原先开出的电价。
风能项目和太阳能项目的封顶价将均为€0.875/kWh。此外，在巴登-符腾堡州和巴伐利亚等南部地区不太受青睐的绿色和可耕地上的光伏项目也可以提交投标书。
在四月初结束的第一轮中，太阳能项目赢得了所有的招标容量，约为210兆瓦。联邦网络局共选中了32个光伏项目，平均中标价为€0.0467/kWh。中标开发商的出价范围为€0.0396-€0.0576/kWh。
