最近，有约10亿欧元的绿色债券在卢森堡绿色交易所（LGX）上市发行。后者是卢森堡证券交易所（LuxembogGreenExchange，LuxSE）在COP 21协定之后为可持续发展项目投资建立的新平台。
上周末，中国第二大银行中国建设银行（CCB）在卢森堡绿色交易所（LGX）发行了第一笔5亿欧元的绿色债券。建行表示，这一债券发行的净收益将用于投资与清洁交通、可再生能源和污染防治相关的项目。
LuxSE 的CEO Robert Scharfe 赞扬了建行将其债券与国际绿色债券标准挂钩的这一举动。认为此次发行将有助于吸引外国投资者参与中国绿色金融体系的建设，并推动中国绿色产业的发展。
此后，欧洲投资银行（EIB）在本周一发行了第二笔5亿欧元的绿色债券，所募资金也将用于可持续发展金融投资。这是EIB在卢森堡证券交易所发行的首个可持续发展认知债券(Sustainability Awareness Bond)。
Scharfe 表示，卢森堡绿色交易所是全球第一个专门致力于绿色、社会性和可持续性证券的交易平台，全球一半的绿色债券在此上市。
Sustainability Awareness 债券将侧重于一些具有高影响力的项目，这些项目将由欧盟委员会可持续发展金融技术专家组协商制定。这将使投资者能够获得详尽、高透明度的报告，并能对国际性可持续发展金融最佳实践的建立做出贡献。
EIB自2007年以来一直活跃于绿色债券市场。该银行发行的气候认知债券（CAB）目前总计金额约为230亿欧元。
