哈萨克斯坦电力和电力市场监管机构JSC KORNM已公布了该国首轮太阳能拍卖的结果。共有20家公司提交了28项申请，项目容量在10.2兆瓦至100兆瓦之间，提交的总容量达1.27 吉瓦。
JSC KORNM选中了四个光伏项目，总计容量为170兆瓦。其中最低报价为KZT 18.6 (US$0.05170)/kWh，是JSC Hydroenergy公司提交的一个50兆瓦项目。
俄罗斯组件制造商Hevel Solar旗下的Avelar Solar Technology提交了两个项目，报价分别为KZT 18.6 ($0.05115)/kWh 和 KZT 18.6 ($0.06187/kWh)。第四个项目来自壳牌哈萨克斯坦分公司，报价为KZT 22.9 ($0.06297)/kWh。
Hevel Group获得了15年期的PPA，可用于销售来自这两个太阳能电站的总容量为70兆瓦的电力。两座电站位于哈萨克斯坦的南部，将在2019-2020年间投入运营。
哈萨克斯坦政府将在今年进行一系列的可再生能源拍卖。而此次拍卖为首轮。该国总计将分配1吉瓦的可再生能源发电容量，其中太阳能290兆瓦、风力发电620兆瓦、水力发电75兆瓦，生物质能发电项目15兆瓦。
