德国联邦网络局（Bundesnetzagentur）上周五公布了750 kW以上光伏系统及陆上风力发电项目的平行招标结果。共有总容量为192兆瓦的37个光伏发电项目中标，投标价格介于€0.0386/kWh- €0.0515/kWh之间，这意味着最低中标价略低于上次此类招标的结果(€0.0389/kWh)。而最高中标价也高于六月投标的最高价（€0.0496/kWh）。
此次招标，光伏项目共收到了总容量为551兆瓦的76份投标书，明显超额认购。中标项目中有14个位于巴伐利亚南部地区，这其中只有4个是位于不太受欢迎地区的耕地上。
Enerparc获得了6个项目，Hallertauer Handelshaus GmbH 和TEP Merkur GmbH & Co.KG各获得了5个项目。
与此同时，平行进行的风力发电项目情况却截然不同。预设容量为670兆瓦，但仅收到了近400兆瓦的62个投标。Bundesnetzagentur共授予了57个项目，总容量为363兆瓦。批准的电价介于每千瓦时0.0500-0.0630欧元之间。平均价格为0.0626欧元。
下一次中性技术招标将于11月1日举行，届时光伏将与陆上风力发电竞争。在四月举行的第一轮竞标中，所有中标项目均为太阳能光伏项目。
