台湾垂直一体化太阳能生产商联合可再生能源公司（United Renewable Energy，URE）已获得了113亿台币（约合3.348亿美元）的银团贷款。公司表示，这些资金来自于由台湾和大陆地区的一些银行，其中包括第一银行、台湾合作银行、上海商业储蓄银行等。
这家新公司是由台湾地区三家最大的太阳能电池制造商NSP、Gintech 和 Solartech在去年10月合并组成。董事长Sam Hong表示，公司已经完成了太阳能供应链的整合，现在开始转向专注于太阳能系统和品牌组件业务。
URE已经在NSP的网站上公布了其第一份月度财务数据：2018年10月总营收 19.3亿新台币（约6270万美元），与上一月相比增长了89.25%，比去年同期增长了52.14%。这些数据应该是NSP、Gintech 和 Solartech的合并报表。
URE今年前10个月的营业额达到了 100.3亿新台币，同比增长23.54%。公司在声明中表示，这一跨越式的增长归功于组件、系统出货量和太阳能系统项目销售量的增长，这说明公司从太阳能电池制造和销售转向品牌组件和系统业务的商业模式十分有效。
