中国正泰集团的德国子公司Astronergy Solar Modules GmbH已证实，其在德国法兰克福(Oder)的生产设施将停止组件生产。未来重组后，它将专注于市场和营销，并为欧洲及全球客户提供客户关怀、物流、清关和其他相关服务。该公司目前的230名员工中，将会有超过200人被裁员。
公司董事总经理Paul Xinhua Ji表示，重组意味着公司将大幅裁员，但目前的市场形势使Astronergy无法继续在德国进行生产活动。公司管理层将尽快与工人代表展开谈判，并同时制定社会性计划。
具体的停产日期，应在未来几周内经过协商确定。之后公司将使用来自其亚洲生产设施的组件进行无缝衔接。而其对客户所承诺的所有保障和保证将继续有效。
Astronergy是在2014年从其已破产的竞争对手Conergy手中接管了这一设施。但目前的经济形势使得Astronergy的业务重组无可避免。
德国的光伏生产市场多年来一直持续恶化，不少制造商已经销声匿迹。2018年9月欧盟最低进口价格规定到期后，局势进一步恶化。尽管具有高度自动化的工艺，但欧盟的生产成本无法和其他地区竞争。
Astronergy曾在去年9月宣布为员工提供短时工作，并希望市场能够稳定下来。但在今年初取消了短时工作许可。
