法国光伏玻璃技术公司SunPartner Technologies在今年1月8日申请破产。
该公司在一份声明中表示，正在为其BIPV（光伏建筑一体化）和物联网应用业务寻找买家。公司表示，它的项目获得了大多数股东的大力支持，但未能在去年底筹到足够的资金。而公司强大的IP资产、工业化流程、其技术团队的专业技巧及专业知识可给买主带来极大的益处。公司还声称拥有价值约2,000万欧元的数百个项目管道。
SunPartner Technologies公司成立于2008年，拥有大约130项专利，其业务领域涵盖建筑、连接设备和运输。公司的主要投资方为Starquest Capital、CPG Finance、Davaniere Capital、PACA Investissement和LAC International。
2017年10月SunPartner Technologie从欧洲投资银行获得1,500万欧元融资，在罗塞特设立了一家制造厂。这些资金被用于建立商业基础设施、研发投资以及进一步扩大产能。
除了其他产品外，该公司还开发出一种名为Horizon D的太阳能窗户和一种名为Horizon E的太阳能玻璃幕墙。这两种产品均为与Vinci Construction共同设计2016年，它曾与德国BIPV专业公司Avancis签署了合作协议。
