中国双面太阳能组件制造商中来光伏（Jolywood）近日宣布，欧洲第一家部署N型双面光伏组件的公用事业级太阳能发电厂Zonnepark-Riland电站已在荷兰成功并网。
这一项目的开发商为联盛新能源（Cooperation Unisun Energy）荷兰公司，电站位于荷兰西部人口最少的泽兰（Zeeland）省，共部署了约4万块中来光伏的N型高效双玻璃双面太阳能组件。电站的附近有一个15兆瓦的风力涡轮发电机组。
中来公司董事长林建伟介绍说，联盛仅用了四个月就完成了组件的采购和电站的建设。并表示有鉴于荷兰Zonepark-Riland项目的成功合作，中来与联盛双方将继续在欧洲就更多的太阳能项目进行合作，其总目标是在2019-2020年间完成200兆瓦的合作项目。双方接下来在荷兰的两个项目是鹿特丹机场的16兆瓦地面安装设施和其附近的一个7兆瓦车库。
这些项目均归属于荷兰大型可再生能源SDE+方案下。其2018年方案的第一轮，共分配了约6.5吉瓦光伏项目，还另有3.6吉瓦的太阳能项目将在秋季分配。SDE+方案对可再生能源的成本价格与其市场价格间的差额进行补偿。只有容量大于15千瓦及大规模并网的光伏项目才有资格享受SDE+的补贴。
