晶科能源(Jinkosolar)宣布,其大面积N型TOPCon单晶硅电池的转换效率已达到了24.2%,且这一结果已通过了中国科学院太阳光伏发电系统和风力发电系统质量检测中心的认证。
晶科的这款电池是基于该公司的HOT电池设计并使用了隧穿氧化钝化接触 (Tunnel Oxide Passivating Contact ,即TOPCon) 技术。公司通过使用高质N型硅片、特定的掺杂技术和先进的细线印刷技术,获得了这一结果。
晶科表示:“与目前的HIT和IBC技术相比,N型HOT技术也显示出晶科产品的竞争力。”获得387.6W 光伏组件功率世界记录的N型(60P)半电池组件,也是利用晶科公司的HOT电池设计理念而制造。去年5月,晶科能源N型组件的峰值功率达到了378.6W,这一结果获得了TÜV莱茵实验室上海公司的验证。
去年5月,晶科能源打破了自己保持的P型单晶硅电池效率纪录——生产出效率为23.95%的电池。这一结果也得到了中国科学院光伏和风力发电系统质量测试中心的认证,同时,它还是晶科能源在同一年中创下的第五个电池/组件纪录。
上周,日本的Solar Frontier、中国的隆基和日升也分别宣布了新的转换效率纪录。
