瑞士太阳能设备制造商MeyerBurger卷入韩华Q Cells与其竞争对手之间的侵权纠纷。
韩华集团近日在德国、美国和澳大利亚向其竞争对手晶科能源、隆基股份和REC提起诉讼，指控这些公司使用其专利的电池钝化技术来改进自己的产品。而Meyer Burger周一在其网站上公开声明，韩华公司所诉求的被侵权专利是基于原子层沉积（ALD）的使用，而这与隆基公司所使用的制造工艺并不相同。
Meyer Burger赞同隆基的说法，并补充称：“Meyer Burger的MAIA®和Fabia®电池涂层平台使用了本公司具有专利权的等离子增强化学气相沉积（PECVD）钝化技术，这是替代ALD的一种领先技术，因此不在韩华的专利侵权索赔范围之内。”
韩华则驳回了这一辩解，声称其所提出的专利诉讼并不限于任何一种制造方法（ALD或PECVD），而是涉及具有包含氧化铝的第一介电层和含氢的第二介电层的电池结构。
