英国Tribus与PS Renewables的合资企业Sunnica Energy已递交了环境许可申请，计划在英国建设500兆瓦的Sunnica 能源农场。
根据英国国家基础设施规划署公布的一份文件，这一项目将由两部分组成：位于西萨福克沃灵顿南部的Sunnica East场地和位于东剑桥郡Chippenham南部的Sunnica West场地。这两个设施所发电力将从现场变电站输送到Burwell国家电网变电站，该变电站距Sunnica East约11公里，距Sunnica West约7公里。项目获批后计划于2022年开工，于2025年春季竣工。

建成后，Sunnica能源农场将成为英国最大的太阳能发电厂，但它可能还不足以与最近宣布的一些其他大型设施比肩，如澳大利亚最近上线的1.5吉瓦太阳能+500兆瓦时储能项目等。
