比利时微电子和纳米电子研究中心Imec和中国双面太阳能背板制造商中来股份(Jolywood)宣布,其n-PERT太阳能电池正面转换效率达到了23.2%。
IMEC表示,德国太阳能研究所(ISFH)校准和测试中心(Caltec)下属的太阳能电池实验室对12栅M2尺寸(244.3平方厘米)电池进行了测量,并认证了这一结果。且其测量结果显示电池的双面性超过了80%。
Imec进一步表示,在标准的前照条件下,加上背面的0.15-太阳光照明,这些电池的有效转换效率估计在26%左右。CalTeC认证的平均反向电流为-0.4A(-12V),表面这些电池具有出色的抗击穿特性。
ISFH的合作伙伴EnergyVille认为,这些双面电池的前栅极和后焊点采用了丝网印刷,减少了耗银量,而其12栅的新设计对转换效率的提升做出了巨大贡献。
Imec的研究人员表示:“与p-型 PERC电池技术相比,n-PERT技术具有许多内在的优势,而这一点在这些最新的电池中得到了证明:由于其对金属杂质的敏感性较低,并且没有光致衰减 ,因而具有更大的效率提升空间”。Imec和中来均表示,他们的目标是双面性超过90%,正面转换效率达到23.5%。
Imec和中来在去年5月结为盟友,共同改进N型产品的制造工艺。Imec在其先前双面n-PERT电池上的平均效率为22.04%,据说其电池技术有潜力让组件层面的拥有成本低于0.30美元/瓦。Imec称其低耗银量和多线互连方案,给生产成本提供了进一步下降的空间。
