西班牙电力集团Holaluz已达成协议，从中国正泰新能源计划在西班牙建造的500兆瓦光伏项目购买电力，未来三年的总投资额将达3.5亿欧元。
两家公司还将共同探讨收购项目的可能性。根据一份网上声明，双方预计这些项目最终将占用约1,000公顷的土地。
装机落成之后，预计每年约30万户家庭电力需求将得到充分满足。根据最近签署的框架协议，Holaluz将通过购电协议（PPA）以尚未确定的价格购买电力5至15年。
去年8月，Holaluz开始从位于葡萄牙Ourique的46兆瓦太阳能发电厂出售电力。项目建设方为来自英国的Welink公司以及中国凯盛国际工程有限公司。
今年早些时候，正泰新能源开始在荷兰建设一个103兆瓦的太阳能项目。这家总部位于上海的集团在宣布计划停止其德国Astronergy子公司的光伏组件生产后，仅仅几个星期内就开始了该项目的建设。
