由Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI)于近日举行的1.2 GW太阳能项目拍卖以每千瓦时2.54卢比（合0.036美元）刷新了最低单价纪录，略低于2月采购项目的2.55卢比。
四家公司以2.54卢比单价购得产能，其中 Ayana Renewable Power、ReNew Power和Azure Power三家公司分别获得300 MW，Mahindra Susten拿下250 MW。Avaada Energy在价格上限设定为每千瓦时2.65卢比的拍卖中以2.55卢比单价拍得剩余50 MW。
在SECI于7月举行的拍卖中，ACME Solar以印度最低单价纪录2.44卢比成交600 MW产能。这一价格基准由SECI在2017年5月的Bhadla太阳能园区产能拍卖中确定。
尽管近日完成的1.2 GW拍卖成交价格高于印度纪录，但仍明显低于某些近期招标项目中超出2.70卢比的单价。而下月对非印度太阳能组件和电池征收的保护关税将下调至20%，此举措将缓解成本压力。
“鉴于从2019年7月开始的保护关税税率将下调至20%，2019年1月之后参加拍卖的开发商在价格较低的情况下将仍有获利的余地，”评级机构Crisil Research在《光伏》杂志上发布报告预测称。“在2020年1月30日之后税率下降至15%时更是如此。因此，从长远来看，一旦关税税率随时间推移而下降 —— 成本压力就会得以缓解，单价也会调低5-10派萨（0.05-0.10卢比）。”
