在俄罗斯里海附近的阿斯特拉罕（Astrakhan）地区开发太阳能项目的一家奥地利-俄罗斯企业集团今天宣布，计划在更深入的远东地区开发五个新的光伏设施。
该集团由奥地利太阳能开发商Green Source Consulting GmbH和俄罗斯能源项目企业Vershina Development LLC牵头，计划在俄罗斯与蒙古和朝鲜接壤的边境附近，启动五个总发电容量为75兆瓦的光伏项目。
该企业集团旗下还包括奥地利投资公司Core Value Capital GmbH以及同样来自奥地利的建筑施工单位LSG Beteiligungs GmbH和承包商Gildemeister energy solutions GmbH。据透露，这些项目将于11月底投产。
总装机容量为45兆瓦的三个项目将落址于布里亚特共和国（Republic of Buryatia）的Kyakhtinsky、Kabansky和Tarbagataisky地区，另外两个项目则会在外贝加尔边疆区（Zabaykalsky Krai）的赤塔市（Chita）附近开发。根据该企业集团昨天发布的声明，后两个设施将是该地区在俄罗斯可再生能源交付协议下首批开发的项目。

发布的信息并未透露关于这些项目造价或电力承购者的详细信息，但此举将是该集团在此前已在阿斯特拉罕开发的60兆瓦太阳能发电产能基础上的增加。
Vershina Development的首席执行官Pavel Shevchenko表示，自己所在的企业已经在越南和泰国投产，目前正在积极致力于拓展俄罗斯之外的新市场。
“我们计划在今年年底前完成施工，并让全部五个发电厂进入批发市场，”这位首席执行官在公布这些项目的新闻稿中透露，“我们公司计划下一步是……海外扩张。我们正积极致力于项目开发，并与潜在投资者讨论设立基金以便为其他国家的可再生能源项目融资。”
