摩洛哥可持续能源机构（Masen）已为Noor Midelt II太阳能项目发布招标书。
开发商必须在9月16日之前通过资格预审，才能参与项目开发和建设招标。
这个太阳能综合体将通过公私合作伙伴关系在摩洛哥中部的Midelt附近建造，预计装机容量为230兆瓦，包括聚光太阳能发电（CSP）和光伏技术，并预计还将包括储能。
这个电厂的融资安排类似于由EDF牵头的企业集团建设的Noor Midelt I项目的财务安排，由非洲开发银行、法国开发署、欧洲投资银行、世界银行、清洁技术基金、德国开发银行KfW、欧盟委员会和私人投资者提供资金。
作为Masen规划的项目之一，这个电厂将是其Noor太阳能计划的一部分，将在明年之前实现至少2吉瓦的发电容量，并根据25年的电力购买协议将其所发电力出售给该机构。
Masen的其他项目包括170兆瓦Noor PV I项目的太阳能部分，和580兆瓦的瓦尔扎扎特太阳能发电站的第四期工程。后者是位于摩洛哥中部Drâa-Tafilalet地区的一个CSP-PV太阳能综合发电厂。这个太阳能计划还包括2017年招标的120兆瓦Noor Tafilalet工厂、预计将于今年招标的200兆瓦Noor Argana项目，以及200兆瓦的Noor Atlas项目——将在该国南部和东部部署七个光伏电站。
