阿曼电力和水采购公司（OPWP）已经发布招标书（RFQ），用于开发两个独立的总容量为1.1吉瓦太阳能发电项目。
该公司是阿曼从事电力生产、采购、分销和传输的国有企业集团的一家子公司，正通过新一轮招标，为计划装机容量分别为500兆瓦和600兆瓦的Manah Solar I IPP和Manah Solar II IPP项目寻找承包开发商。
这两个电厂都位于Manah镇附近，在马斯喀特（Muscat）西南150公里处。公司在其发布的消息中表示，“这些项目将由具备适当资格的开发商开发为私营部门项目。”
阿曼的太阳能计划
投标人将在8月26日之前进行投标资格预审。这两个项目是该国到2024年时安装约2吉瓦太阳能的战略的一部分。OPWP此前已对两个500兆瓦的太阳能项目进行招标。一个项目将位于Ibri，距离马斯喀特以西约300公里，而第二个项目的计划落址地尚未透露的位置。
所有这些项目都纳入了阿曼政府到2030年增加4吉瓦可再生能源发电容量的计划。除了公用事业级项目开发外，这一目标还将通过2018年宣布的屋顶光伏新规加以支持。
