根据德国联邦网络局（Bundesnetzagentur）发布的最新统计，德国在6月份共部署了约235.1MW的新光伏发电容量。
其中201.3MW的新装机容量是在德国的招标系统之外完成的。通过深入了解这个数据可以发现，其中30.7MW来自地面安装的系统，发电容量超过750kW，其他则是由更小的阵列组成。
6月份光伏系统首个特别招标中容量超过750kW太阳能项目均未并网。
Bundesnetzagentur表示，这个月里按照电力承租计划安装了1.6MW的发电容量。
在今年上半年，德国新增2,020MW的光伏发电容量。其中约550MW是在1月份由于对发电容量为40-750kW之间的屋顶系统的FIT即将缩减而部署。这个削减将在接下来的三个月中生效。
略有回升
6月份的数据相比5月份略有回升。
“在由于特殊因素导致的良好开端后，需求目前预期已经满足当前的EEG目标，”德国太阳能产业协会BSW-Solar常务董事Carsten Körnig在提及受管制的并网电价立法时表示，“这在两个方面尚不如人意：首先，光伏的扩展仍然比气候政策要求的数值低数倍；其次，时间越来越紧迫，因为装机容量即将达到上限（一旦达到上线，奖励款将停止发放）” 。
Körnig呼吁联邦政府将年度发电容量扩展目标从2.5GW提高到至少10GW。他补充到，必须撤销限制屋顶系统补贴的52GW上限。
德国在6月结束累计共安装了48GW的屋顶太阳能容量。
