法国共享及生态转型部公布了第六轮政府对公用事业级太阳能发电厂多年招标的中标项目清单。这次采购共分配了107个项目，总装机容量达到858兆瓦。在地理分布方面，其中44%位于法国四个南部地区之外。
用部长的话说，“这一良好的分布状况证明了该部门制定的选择标准切实有效，特别是在退化土地上安装的项目（例如棕地、废旧采石场或前机场）。”
在107个项目中，一个在退化土地上部署的设施免于受本轮招标的30兆瓦规模限制。这个项目被授予了法国能源巨头Engie。该公司将在吉伦特省（Gironde）开发一个32.37兆瓦的阵列。
平均电价上涨
5兆瓦以上装置的固定电价为59.50欧元/兆瓦时，比前一轮率高。容量在500千瓦至5兆瓦之间的项目平均电价为63.80欧元/兆瓦时，光伏停车棚项目的均价最高为87.50欧元/兆瓦时。这一轮总体最终平均电价为64欧元/兆瓦时。
超过一半的项目（58%）因为通过众筹获得部分资金，也将受益于电价增加。这是公用事业级光伏部门六轮招标中的最后一轮，太阳能发电规模累积达到4吉瓦。
