去年,逆变器制造商ABB Solar Solutions为阿蒂加斯站——乌拉圭在南极洲的科学考察站——安装了第一套太阳能系统。
今年,当工业、能源与矿产部(Ministry of Industry, Energy and Mining)、国家发电站及输电管理机构(National Administration of Power Plants and Electrical Transmission)、乌拉圭南极研究所和以色列能源与数据公司SmartGreen在该基地安装第二套光伏系统时,ABB再次捐赠设备。
各安装商必须克服恶劣的条件,在短短三天的时间内完成工作。在第一个项目中,太阳能电池板被安装在建筑物的墙壁上,由此最大限度地减少风干扰。但这意味着方位欠佳,向南偏离55度。因此,最新的阵列都安装在地面上。在安装过程中,他们遇到的其中一项主要挑战是需要抵御高达200千米/小时的风速。
安装的材料由乌拉圭海军的ROU26先锋号运输。这艘船在夏季空中战役的第四阶段负责阵列组装,当时面临的是典型的五月恶劣气候条件。
这样,在夏天阳光照射时间里,设备可以产生阿蒂加斯站所需能源的10%。
该系统采用ABB的UNO-DM-6.0-TL逆变器(在230伏单向交流电时为6 kW)、MCB 40安双极和RCD 40安300毫安双极断路器以及24块270 W太阳能电池板——每个分支12个模块,这些均由晶科能源(Jinko Solar)供应。并且,系统通过逆变器一体式wifi接口连接至这家逆变器制造商的Aurora Vision电站管理平台。
