印度新能源与可再生能源部（MNRE）发布了基于电价竞争性招标的准则草案，以采购并网的太阳能-风能混合项目。
根据最近的一份MNRE通告，这份准则将适用于发电容量至少为5兆瓦的单个现场项目，但仅适用于位于单个邦的设施。对于此类发电设施，25兆瓦被设定为开发商的投标容量最低门槛。对于跨邦项目，每个设施的发电量必须至少达到50兆瓦，这也是参与拍卖出价的最小项目规模。
根据这套拟议的规则，电力购买协议（PPA）的有效期至少为25年，并且在签订时必须注明计划的每年产能利用率。这套规则还将允许在商业运营的前三年内对项目的产能利用率数据进行一次修订。
准则考虑了将储能纳入太阳能-风能混合项目中。
MNRE在2018年5月发布了风电混合政策，并于去年11月进行了修订。
