中国汽车制造商比亚迪8月份的电池出货量同比下降61%,因此将其作为全球第三大电池生产商的地位让给了韩国的竞争对手LG化学。
韩国商业情报公司SNE Research公布的数据表明,比亚迪遭受着中国大幅削减电动汽车补贴的困扰,而祸不单行的是,LG得到了来自特斯拉上海的超级工厂的大订单。
中国政府在7月将电动汽车的公共补贴削减了一半,这个全球最大电动汽车市场的销售势头因此大大放缓。
订单暴跌
所产生的连锁反应是比亚迪几乎完全供应中国电动汽车部门需求的电池业务出货量大幅减少。这一市场冲击促使公司尝试争夺电动汽车制造领域的竞争对手们的电池供应份额,但SNE Research的数据显示,比亚迪在这方面进展甚微。
相比之下,特斯拉为上海工厂生产电池和Model 3和Model Y汽车而下的LG产品订单,让这家韩国供应商的出货量比2018年8月提高了80%。这足以使LG充分乘着比亚迪挣扎之机取而代之,成为世界第三。
当代安培科技有限公司(CATL)仍然是中国最大的电池制造商和供应商,这要归功于它重视电动汽车供应的大规模储能,并将随时准备着吃掉国内竞争对手比亚迪所丧失的市场份额。
