德国联邦网络局（Bundesnetzagentur）报告称，德国12月份新装339.4 MW光伏容量。
在德国750 kW以上光伏项目招标计划之外安装的太阳能项目在每月总容量中占到约215 MW。其中，大约195 MW来自750 KW以下的屋顶阵列，而剩余25 MW来自同等规模的小型太阳能公园。
2019年，新增光伏装机容量达到3.94 GW。这意味着，德国光伏装机容量比2018年增加了约1 GW，而2018年新增光伏容量为2.96 GW。
总体而言，德国累计太阳能发电量在2019年底达到49.78 GW。这距离政府52 GW太阳能补贴上限仍有2.2 GW的较小差距。
Bundesnetzagentur表示，鉴于去年下半年的强劲发展，目前750 kW以下规模的光伏系统的上网电价将在2-4月期间下跌1.4%。今年2月份，屋顶光伏系统的上网电价（FIT）将在0.0742欧元/千瓦时至0.0972欧元/千瓦时不等，具体根据项目规模而定。对于规模在100 kW以下的其他系统，电价为0.0670欧元/千瓦时。
