摩洛哥可持续能源局（Masen）已发布消息，表示有兴趣征求建设400兆瓦太阳能发电厂的开发商并进行资格预审。
这家发电厂将作为Noor PV II项目第一阶段的一部分。项目一共将在八个不同地点建造数个光伏阵列。据Econostrum称，对此感兴趣的开发商和投资者必须在2月28日之前通过招标的资格预审。
摩洛哥计划根据Noor太阳能计划建起至少2吉瓦的发电产能。为了实现这些目标，Masen在7月启动了另一个230兆瓦的CSP/PV Noor Midelt II项目的招标。 该机构还在2019年1月上旬启动了Noor Atlas项目的招标。这个规模为200兆瓦的计划旨在为该国南部和东部地区部署七个光伏电站。德国开发银行德国复兴信贷银行（KfW）为计划提供资金支持。 Masen的其他项目包括170兆瓦Noor PV I项目的太阳能部分和580兆瓦的瓦尔扎扎特太阳能发电站的第四期工程。这是位于摩洛哥中部Drâa-Tafilalet地区的CSP-PV太阳能综合发电厂。
此外，该国的太阳能计划还包括在2017年招标的120兆瓦Noor Tafilalet电厂以及200兆瓦Noor Argana项目。
摩洛哥希望到明年时将可再生能源在其已安装产能中的比重提高到42%，并到2030年时提高到52%。
