奥地利木材加工公司HS Timber Group和以色列商业创新公司Blue Minds已达成协议,收购总部位于列支敦士登的太阳能玻璃制造商Interfloat Corporation。
这笔交易尚有待德国和奥地利反托拉斯管理当局的批准。但在交易完成之后,HS Timber将获得Interfloat 80%的股份,剩余部分归Blue Minds所有。
Interfloat的收购价格尚未透露,不过公司去年的销售额约为4500万欧元。 买家们表示,他们进入光伏行业的原因在于他们预见太阳能将成为欧洲未来最重要的能源。两家公司在一份联合声明中表示:“HS Timber Group和Blue Minds希望积极把握这一市场中的国际增长机会,并有计划地扩大在欧洲的区域性业务。”
关键之举
Blue Minds的合伙人,奥地利前总理Christian Kern在推特上说:“在这个技术领域占据强势地位对欧洲的未来至关重要。”
HS Timber表示,这份协议已于周五签署。 Interfloat拥有约300名员工,其德国事业部GMB Glasmanufaktur Brandenburg GmbH是全欧最大的光伏系统和温室太阳能玻璃制造商之一。
HS Timber表示希望通过这次收购扩大其可持续性投资组合。Blue Minds则希望将与能源转换相关的工业制造能力纳入其数字业务模型组合中。
两家公司预计交易将在7月之前正式完成。
