《光伏》杂志获悉,约旦当局已下令关闭所有使用电网连接至电力承购客户的无补贴太阳能发电厂。 之所以采取这一举措,是因为随着新冠肺炎疫情遏制措施的实施,国内的电力需求已经下降。 有消息人士昨天透露,该国能源与矿产资源委员会(EMRC)已根据电网低负荷的现状下令让配电公司断开所有运营中的太阳能设施。
此举可能意味着多达1.2吉瓦的太阳能发电产容受到影响,因为约旦的电力负荷目前为早晨的1.7吉瓦到高峰时段的3.4吉瓦不等。
《光伏》杂志已联系EMRC试图核实该消息是否正确,并询问太阳能投资者是否能够就收入损失要求赔偿。《光伏》杂志还从另一个消息来源处获悉,仅有约200兆瓦的装机容量会受到影响,但由于尚未得到来自该委员会的任何回应,所以这些数字无法证实。
约旦采取了广泛的措施以阻止疫情蔓延,包括关闭边界、政府支付隔离检测费用,以及关闭一系列非必要产业等等。该国还从3月21日起实行了宵禁。 约旦的能源结构中,八成依赖化石燃料进口,因此能从目前该地区跌至最低点的油价中受益——因为地区邻国沙特阿拉伯正不顾全球的经济动荡,尝试通过拒绝降低产量来打压石油竞争对手美国和俄罗斯。
