北京太阳能制造商REC Group已确认在2月份对韩国竞争对手Hanwha Q Cells的启东业务部门提起了专利侵权诉讼。
最终归中国政府所有的挪威太阳能电池组件制造企业今日证实了其已在中国提起专利索赔的传闻,涉及其所述的内部分体式电池和接线盒技术。
REC Group表示,该案件于4月8日被苏州知识产权法庭受理,并于4月20日向Hanwha Q Cells(启东)送达传票。
该公司表示,有争议的技术早就是其在新加坡工厂生产的高效率电池板的一部分,已有“超过五年的时间”。 Hanwha Q Cells在中国江苏省南通市设有生产厂。
在REC Group今日发布的确认该诉讼事件的新闻稿中,首席技术官Shankar G Sridhara表示:“REC Group的研发资源、时间和投资为制定新的行业标准做出了重要贡献。REC Group提起诉讼,以保护其知识产权、投资和声誉,并鼓励该行业进行更多创新。太阳能公司在开创性创新方面的投资越多,未来的效率提升和每千瓦时成本降幅就越多,从而使社区能够完全实现可再生能源发电和用电。”
