据德国机械工程协会（VDMA）披露，德国光伏生产设备制造商在2019年最后三个月的销售额下降了4%，使得全年销售额回落19%。
去年令人鼓舞的开局早已成为过去式：与2018年第四季度相比，10至12月期间新增订单量下降了一半，因为Covid-19大流行病的影响在去年年底已经初步显现。
VDMA表示：“尽管光伏产业在过去的几年时间里已经习惯了波动，但鉴于目前的Covid-19大流行，光伏设备制造商似乎无法在不久的将来摆脱低迷。”
出口
去年，德国太阳能制造设备出口量达到创纪录的97%，其中超过90%出口至亚洲。薄膜产品占到销售额的53%，而电池生产线占43%。
VDMA光伏设备生产设备委员会主席Peter Fath称，尽管冠状病毒大流行病预计将导致今年亚洲太阳能设备订单的崩溃，但其他市场决心摆脱对远东太阳能电池板的依赖，因此可能会提供与Covid-19相关的机会。
Fath说道：“自Covid-19大流行病爆发以来，德国光伏工程部门对全太球阳能工厂建设的调查大幅增加。各国打破对中国的依赖而在国内生产已成为一种全球趋势，也为我们光伏机械制造业提供了很好的出口机会。”
Fath还提到挪威太阳能电池板制造商REC集团和瑞士太阳能生产设备公司Meyer Burger提出的最新计划，他们打算在欧洲重建吉瓦级太阳能制造厂。他补充说，VDMA参与了恢复太阳能产能的计划。
