法国能源部数据与统计研究部（SDES）的数据显示，法国在今年前三个月新建了近7000个新的太阳能发电园区（其中大部分位于阳光明媚的法国南部），由此实现了超过10吉瓦的并网太阳能发电容量。
在第一季度完成182兆瓦的太阳能发电并网之后，法国截至3月底的并网光伏发电容量达到了10.1吉瓦。
根据SDES的数据，这一时期的光伏发电量达到2.3太瓦时，与2019年同期相比增加了3%，而太阳能占前三个月内法国用电量的1.7%。
据SDES报道，法国第一季度新增装机6933台，发电量为182兆瓦，实现了7%的年度增长率。新增的太阳能发电厂使法国的总发电量从去年年底的9892兆瓦增至10072兆瓦。
去年第一季度新增装机6994台，使总发电量达到170兆瓦。
今年的新增并网容量主要集中在法国南部的罗纳-阿尔卑斯大区、新阿基坦大区、奥克西塔尼大区和普罗旺斯-阿尔卑斯-蓝色海岸大区，共计提供了122兆瓦的新增发电容量。
