罗马尼亚的国家环保基金组织——环境基金管理局（AFM）透露，已批准了12718份Casa Verde Fotovoltaice（绿色光伏家庭）计划的补贴申请，以支持该国净计量制度下的住宅太阳能装置。
这家机构表示，在该计划已完成的第一轮项目将分配总计2.52亿罗马尼亚列伊（合5900万美元）的补贴。而总的计划预算为5.36亿罗马尼亚列伊。罗马尼亚政府于2018年8月首次启动了该补贴计划。
AFM总裁Andreea Kohalmi Szabo表示：“我们打算在未来几天内将首批补助合同发给受益人签字。因为全部可用预算还没有分配完毕，因此我们将在（秋季）开启新的一轮。”
AFM将为规模大于3千瓦的屋顶光伏项目提供补贴，并会在补助总额不超过两万罗马尼亚列伊的情况下，为购买和部署屋顶阵列承担高达90%的费用。
本月审批通过的净计量规定还包括面向规模在27千瓦以下的光伏系统所有者的财政激励措施。根据这一计划，不超过100千瓦功率的可再生能源发电系统的所有者，有权将多余电力出售给该国四家电力分销商——Enel、CEZ、E. On和Electrica，且电价将由罗马尼亚国家能源规划局（ANRE）针对具体分销商进行规定。
