挪威浮式光伏专家Ocean Sun与韩国能源公司EN Technologies已签署一项协议,将开发计划建在黄海沿岸Saemangeum潮滩附近的2.1吉瓦浮式太阳能综合体的试点项目。
Ocean Sun表示,该协议包括为演示系统授予技术许可,以及在18个月内实现至少100兆瓦发电量的后续方案。这笔交易有望在五年内再增400兆瓦产能。
Ocean Sun首席执行官Børge Bjørneklett说:“将韩国技术与卓越制造相结合,再加上挪威在海上和光伏领域的专业知识,将是一套所向披靡的组合拳。”韩国合作伙伴将在本地进行项目组件的生产。
专利设计 Ocean Sun已开发出一种用于近岸和半遮蔽水域的浮式太阳能系统。这一获得专利的设计具有一个浮力环,藉由四个系泊点和十二条绳索固定在海床上。Bjørneklett在最近接受《光伏》杂志采访时说:“系统的大部分重量都落在部署组件的水面上。” 韩国政府去年7月宣布了这个投资4.6万亿韩元(合38.2亿美元)的项目,并在四个月后克服了第一个障碍,当时韩国国防部确认这家庞大的工厂不会影响附近美军基地的飞机起降。 政府最近出台新规,将优先考虑使用低碳足迹组件建造的太阳能项目,这有望让国内太阳能电池和面板制造商受益。
