西班牙光伏生产设备供应商Mondragon Assembly为埃及开罗的一家新工厂提供了一条100兆瓦的太阳能电池板生产线。
这家制造厂的所有者是Teriak Industrial Group，它是一家专门为埃及和更广泛的中东市场生产汽车零部件的埃及私营公司。该公司从去年第四季度开始筹划工厂的建设。
Mondragon Assembly表示，这条生产线将生产出不同种类的太阳能电池板，从双层玻璃双面组件和太阳能电池片到高效的单晶PERC产品不等。
这并不是Mondragon Assembly在埃及开发的第一个项目。2019年2月份，该公司宣布为Arab International Optronics启动一条50兆瓦的太阳能组件装配线。此次交易涉及该公司在中东和北非地区安装的第七条生产线。
今年早些时候，该公司还为阿尔及利亚一家100兆瓦的新组件工厂提供设备。该工厂将由阿尔及利亚电信和可再生能源公司Milltech运营。
Mondragon Assembly拥有六家生产工厂，分布在墨西哥、法国、德国、中国和巴西。该公司还在印度设有办事处，且业务涉及太阳能、汽车、电器元件、化妆品、医疗器械和电子元件等多个领域。
