由中国科学院(CAS)下属的深圳先进技术研究院领导的一个小组已成功制造出一款钛酸锂电池,其克比容量为110毫安时、放电电压为3伏,充电倍率可达10 C,在700次循环后的容量保持率为100%。中科院称,这使它成为了文献报道的最佳双离子电池之一。
这款电池由钛酸锂正极和石墨负极组成,但研究人员没有提供有关电解质材料的细节。
钛酸锂电池是消除储能供应链中的稀有、昂贵且破坏环境的材料(尤其是钴和镍)的众多途径之一。
中科院指出,这类电池此前一直受限于正极和负极属性不匹配的问题,且他们尝试过使用三维多孔结构和在其设备中植入碳纳米薄膜来克服这些问题。这些都是通过一系列新工艺来整合的,包括分子偶联、冷冻干燥和热解。
最近在《化学工程》杂志上,科学家们发表了“将三维多孔结构的碳纳米薄膜原位植入钛酸锂中作为高性能双离子电池的快速动力学正极”一文来阐述他们的方法。该小组表示,多孔结构显著提高了锂离子的扩散系数,而双离子结构利用了更快的动力学来提高比容量。
中科院表示,在深圳研发的这款设备是依靠钛酸锂化学性质的、性能最佳的全电池之一。该研究院计划深入攻克这一领域,因为它在高度安全、环保的储能应用中展现了巨大的潜力。
