所生产的绿色氢将供应给Fertiberia的Puertollano氨厂使用，该厂的年产能超过20万吨。Fertiberia将对工厂进行升级改造，使其能够生产绿色氢和绿色肥料。
Fertiberia将使这家工厂的天然气需求降低10%以上，成为业界第一家获得大规模生产绿色氨经验的欧洲公司。
Iberdrola于上周表示，它将在未来几年内建设5.8吉瓦的可再生能源项目。目前，其在建容量为7.5吉瓦。它还加入了“选择可再生氢（Choose Renewable Hydrogen）”活动——各大能源公司正利用这项倡议敦促欧盟委员会采取措施，以便最大限度地发挥绿色氢的潜力。
