东芝能源系统解决方案(ESS)事业部正与美国组件制造商First Solar合作,计划在日本建设两个总装机容量为58.1兆瓦的大型光伏电站。
这分别是位于枥木县那须盐原市附近的31.9兆瓦的Yatsubo太阳能发电站,以及同样在枥木县,落址于那须郡的26.2兆瓦的Ikeda太阳能发电站。
这两个项目都将使用First Solar的面板,预计将于2023年4月完工并适用日本的长期保护性电价。东芝表示:“First Solar已与东芝ESS签订了建设Yatsubo发电站的全套总承包EPC(工程、采购和施工)合同,而Ikeda项目将由东芝ESS和Asunaro Aoki Construction Co Ltd合资进行建造。”
这家电子巨头还宣布将与公用事业公司Tohoku Electric Power Co Inc、Tohoku Electric Power Network、能源公司Iwatani Corporation和化工企业Asahi Kasei Corporation合作开展的氢能技术开发项目延长两年。
该研究项目的核心仍将是东芝运营的10兆瓦福岛氢能研究场(FH2R)。东芝表示,“将根据电力体制改革和电力市场的发展趋势,以实现氢能系统更大功能为目标进行提高各控制系统的研发工作,并通过增加太阳能发电的逆流功能,将氢能系统作为调节电力供需的一种资源。” 他们正同日本新能源与工业技术开发组织一起进行试验设施的测试。这个大型电解槽采用固体聚合物燃料电池堆,按其制造商的说法,无需外部加湿器,堆料内部会自动加湿和除湿。“我们进一步提升水电解技术的研发工作目标,是通过进一步评估部件和设备随时间的退化来优化膜更换频率,以及通过研究结构和材料来降低水电解设备的成本,”东芝补充说。 该日本品牌和Iwatani最近开始了氢能发电的整体供应链示范。东芝ESS在北海道太平洋沿岸的白糠町的Shoro水坝建造了一座200千瓦的水力发电站,为产能为每小时35立方米的氢气电解设施提供电力。
