韩国太阳能制造商韩华Q Cells已向西班牙开发商RIC Energy购得西班牙一个总峰瓦值为429 MWp的光伏项目组合的开发权。
Q Cells透露已于9月18日签署协议，项目组合将于2021年第四季度时开始施工。
作为出售范围的一部分，RIC Energy已签约负责项目中10个现场的开发监理工作，目标是在明年内做好施工准备。这10个项目位于阿拉贡（Aragon）和卡斯蒂利亚-莱昂（Castilla y León）各地。
在该协议之前还有一项于2019年12月31日达成的交易，即Q Cells从RIC Energy处购得940 MWp太阳能项目装机容量的开发权。该交易是当时伊比利亚半岛上规模最大的可再生能源协议之一。这些项目预计将在2022年初做好施工准备。
最近数月，Q Cells显著增强了其在伊比利亚半岛的业务。这家公司成为了葡萄牙最近太阳能拍卖中的最大赢家，斩获了12个分配地块中的一半，规模总计为315兆瓦。
Q Cells在西班牙和葡萄牙的目标是在未来几年内将超过3.5吉瓦太阳能项目成功并网。
