勃兰登堡州经济事务部部长Jörg Steinbach表示，“我很高兴地看到Oxford PV公司自己研发的太阳能技术进入可上市销售的成熟阶段，并将很快在勃兰登堡开始工业化量产。Oxford PV在Hohenstücke扩建生产设施的决定是对我们发展的明确承诺。”
Oxford PV目前在Brandenburg an der Havel建设的制造工厂将用于生产公司高效率的晶体硅-钙钛矿串叠型太阳能电池。这家光伏制造商于2017年收购了这家原属于博世的工厂，并在此后运营一条试生产线以便让这种技术走向市场成熟阶段。
正如首席执行官Frank Averdung最近向《光伏》杂志透露的，公司计划于明年年中开始大规模生产。工厂最初产能为125兆瓦，但公司希望在2024年前扩大生产规模，然后以千兆瓦的规模进行其高效串叠电池的生产。
