安得拉邦6.4GW联网太阳能容量的拍卖中现8.5GW超额投标。此次拍卖主要有五家投标方参与，包括Adani Green、HES Infra、NTPC、Shirdi Sai Electrical和Torrent Power，共提交了总容量为14.9GW的投标方案。
咨询机构JMK Research分享的拍卖结果显示最低成交价为Torrent Power的 INR 2.47/kWh，分得300MW太阳能容量。Adani Green获得最大份额，包括五个地点共3GW（每处各600MW）的容量。Shirdi Sai Electricals获得2.2GW，NTPC为600MW，HES Infra为300MW。
“五个投标方中，私营承包公司HES Infra和变压器制造商Shirdi Sai Electricals是首次参加投标的新进入者，”JMK表示。 JMK认为缺乏国际参与度是本次拍卖成交价高于此前INR1.99-2.00的历史最低价的原因之一。“部分原因可能是标书投递时间更少，因为很多公司来不及开展详细的现场评估，”JMK说道。 此前与安得拉邦政府签订的购电协议（PPA）再协商风险较高以及相比拉贾斯坦邦太阳能辐射水平较低也是一部分的原因。 投标是安得拉邦绿色能源公司（APGECL）在去年12月提出。太阳能容量包括位于Anantapur、Kadapa、Kurnool和 Prakasam等地区的十个场地。
APGECL将与中标的投标方签订一份为期30年的PPA。从这些项目采购的电力将用于满足该国农业的需求。
