该公司将为该计划投入240亿欧元，其中80%投资于可再生能源，15%投资于改善电网，5%投资于客户和能源管理解决方案。
EDP希望在未来五年内将清洁能源装机容量翻倍，从目前的12 GW增加到2025年的25 GW，这意味着平均每年增加4 GW。
