德国联邦电网管理机构Bundesnetzagentur报告称，1月份新登记的光伏系统装机容量为536 MW，较12月份的新增容量525 MW略有增加；但略低于2020年1月新安装的579 MW光伏容量。
12月新增容量中的大部分，即493.3 MW来自规模不超过750 kW的光伏系统，其中406 MW为国家FIT计划下的光伏系统，87.3 MW为通过招标选择但不享受FIT电价优惠的项目。此外，Bundesnetzagentur还登记了43 MW的并网项目——这些项目虽然也是通过招标，但具有FIT电价资格。
截至1月底，德国所有补贴光伏系统的累计容量达到54.1 GW。
从今天开始，光伏系统电价将下降1.4%。容量在10 kW以下的屋顶系统的FIT将首次跌破0.08欧元/kWh的门槛，达到0.0792欧元/kWh。容量在10-40 kW之间的光伏装置的价格水平将为0.077欧元/kWh。
容量在40-100 kW的系统从今天起将采用0.0604欧元/kWh的电价。对于容量为40-750 kW的项目，则将为0.0544欧元/kWh。对于其他规模在100千瓦以下系统，固定的FIT为0.04欧元/kWh。
